Shipping Policy

We process all orders out of our main fulfillment center within 24-48 hours. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email (and SMS, if opted in) containing your tracking number and live status link.

Note: Processing times may be delayed during massive hype drops or holiday seasons.

Return & Exchange Window

We stand by our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or quality, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
  • We allow size exchanges if stock permits. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team to authorize a return. Do not simply mail the product back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, as our warehouse will automatically reject unauthorized packages.
